Ripe Piedmont hazelnuts give the wonderfully mild hazelnut spirit the intense nut flavors. This Nussler gets a special note from the 12-month storage in wooden barrels. Which also gives it its golden brown color.

The basis for this aroma-rich gin is grain from local cultivation, which is mixed with a great mixture of countless spices and herbs. These include the characteristic juniper berries and coriander, all hand-picked for an exclusive premium quality.

According to a special process in which the distillate is burned six times, only the heart – the most precious – is bottled. The natural spice and herbal aromas, flavors and fragrances, remain pure and unadulterated.

The result is an exceptionally fruity-mild gin, with a refreshing taste, stimulating spice tones and an aroma repertoire from citrus to juniper, which is completely convincing on its own and as a mixed drink.

The grain for this mild vodka is grown and harvested around Regglisweiler without exception in order to guarantee the absolute purity of the grain. In addition, there is very soft water, which is used both for mashing and for reducing the distillate to drinking strength.

With great care and a special method, the distillate is burned many times and then gently filtered. Only the heart – the most precious – is bottled so that the pure purity continues in the taste.

This is how our vodka reaches a unique level of quality, which is a pure, unadulterated, very mild enjoyment experience and tops off every cocktail. Clear on the nose, powerful on the palate and without sharpness in the finish.
