Otero Ramos Winery

Overlooking the icy mountains and surrounded by thick plantations , the Otero Ramos Winery is located in the Lucan de Cayo wine-region of Mendoza in Argentina. The winery has received many awards and recognised at national and international competitions held throughout the UK, France, Spain as well as others. Otero Ramos Winery is a family –based  winery whose wine production is limited , but maintains the highest quality with an official certification of gluten free wines. Constructed in traditional Spanish-style architecture , the history of Otero Ramos is only decades old, dating back to the early 20th century.

The winery has an underground cellar where oak barrels are flawlessly lined up to age and store the wines. Carefully selected high-end-technologies , combined with conventional viticulture practices results in the production of top-notch raw material.

Inside the winery , Don Manuel , the owner , works with renowned international winemakers to provide a unique outpat. 

Strewn across the base of the Andes Mountains in Lujan de Cayo , the vineyards are cultivated with an extensive range of grapes. The vineyard work comprises in a total of 32 hectares of land where Manuel grows top-rated Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Pinot Noir.

The winery also grows outstanding and rather unique Tannat, Torrontes, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
