COEUR DE ROSÈ

The grapes for the Cœur de Rosé Prestige and Réserve wines are assembled from diverse parcels within the Massif des Maures, near Saint-Tropez. The Saint-Tropez peninsula boasts an exceptional location and is strongly influenced by the sea. As such, the vines enjoy the highest levels of sunshine in France (2,800 to 3,000 hours per year), as well as mild temperatures all year round. This provides the ideal conditions for our varieties to grow and ripen.

Le Chai Marceau Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir

PRODUCER: COEUR DE ROSÈ VARIETAL: Pinot Noir
COD: France VOLUME: 750ml
REGION: Provence ALCOHOL: 12.5%

The wine is a rich purple and when it ages it takes on a deeper ruby color. On the nose, the bouquet has red and black berries (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry), evolving to a cooked prune and peppery undergrowth. This Burgundy red is very lively in the mouth, structured, supple and round. Its tannins and fruit are very balanced with secondary aromas. This red Burgundy has an elegant, fine personality and a fluid and light structure in the mouth. They are therefore associated with rather delicate and moderately aromatic dishes, such as salads, vegetables, meat pies, poultry or a stew. Their delicacy makes them even the ideal partner for fish lovers. Their natural elegance predisposes them to roasted veal, tabbouleh and cheeses like gouda.
