Domaine du Chardonnay

The Domaine was founded in 1987 in Chablis, France, by Etienne Boileau, Christian Simon and William Nahan, they grouped their operations and combined their skills. At that time, the Domaine had a surface area of 11 hectares of vines, 9 of which were in production , plus 80 hectares of cereals. A year later the Domaine doubled its vineyard. In 2002 the estate was awarded 3 Gold medals at the Concours Generale Agricole for its three controlled appellations of origin, Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis Premier Cru. Since 2019 the partners have retired and Arnaud Nahan and Thomas Labille manage now the Domaine with many new projects.

Today Domaine du Chardonnay operates a vineyard of 34.5 hectares, and only the Domaine’s harvest is vinified and aged in their cellar.

Around 270.000 bottles of Chardonnay are produced annually.
