Irvine & Roberts
Irvine & Roberts Vineyards is a small family winery in Ashland, Oregon, where sustainable farming is continually practiced to produce ultra-premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Vince Vidrine was named winemaker in 2016. Before then, he was the Associate Winemaker at critically acclaimed Domaine Serene Winery in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. In addition to his role as a critical leader for Domaine Serene in Oregon, he has provided significant support to Château de la Crée, their Burgundy estate in the Côte d’Or of France, which produces wines from celebrated vineyards in Chassagne-Montrachet, Volnay and Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard and Santenay.

DESCRIPTION
A generous palate structure is balanced by silky edges and a core of brilliant acidity. Aromas of ripe peach, golden hay and chamomile are reminiscent of the warm days of August, while flavours of shortbread and lemon tart accompany the satiny texture. There is density on the palate and a creamy mouthfeel, which together carry this wine through an eloquent finish.
