TASTING NOTES 

Intense ruby colour with purple shade. Dry, warm, and bright with light tannins and an aromatic length with agreeable structure. The cool scents of the fruit blend themselves with fragrance that derives from the barrel refinement; vanilla and notes of toasted almond.

Pairs well with charcoal grilled meats and fresh cheeses such as pecorino.
