Ruby red brilliant colour. Medium-high cloak.

High intense aroma of red fruits (strawberry and raspberry) and liquorice, over a dairy background and a slight balsamic touch, finishing with a toasting end.

Silky smooth wine with predominance of the ripe fruits, persisting in the aftertaste thanks to the fine toasted touches from the well integrated oak background.

Pair with white meats and fatty fishes, rice dishes, pasta, creamy cheeses and cold meats.
