Hungarian wine has a history dating back to the Kingdom of Hungary. Outside of Hungary , the best-known wines are the dessert wine Tokaj and the red wine Bull’s Blood of Eger (Egri Bikaver). Wine regions are : Balaton, Duna, Eger, Eszak, Dunantal, Pannon, Sopron, Tokaj.
White varieties are : Ezerjo, Harslevelu, Irsai Olivier, Cserszegi fueszeres, Feteasca Regala, Zenit, Furmint, Juhfark, Keknyelu.
Red varieties are : Kakfranakos, Cirfandli, Kadarka, Cabernet Franc and Merlo
