Fresh, sweet and balsamic with subtle notes vegetables and menthol, highlighting aromas of raspberry, strawberry, licorice and violets. Finish with wood well integrated.

Perfect balance between sweetness and acidity with a slightly bitter finish that invites you to continue drinking. Very balanced, with a fatty step, but without losing its freshness and a creamy acidity.
