Description:

Straw yellow, with golden reflection and intense fruity aromas of green apple. Fresh, dry wine, well-structured and persistent. After manual harvest in the first week of October, the grapes are gently crushed and lie with skins for 24 hours. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Afterwards, the wine refines further in the bottle.
