DESCRIPTION

Deep brick red in colour with aromas of ripe strawberries and blackberries combined with dried fruit such as prunes, figs, and cherries. A soft attack on the palate that leads to a light well-balanced finish.

SUGGESTIONS:

Pasta and pizza, white meats and fish such as tuna and salmon, and light cuts of beef. Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F).

DESCRIPTION

Intense purple colour. Aromas of red fruits, especially plum and cherry, with an accent of herbs and spices such as tarragon and back pepper, as well as notes of tobacco and vanilla. Well-balanced, excellent structure, and a medium to long finish.

SUGGESTIONS:

Red meats such as beef or lamb. Serve at 16-18°C (60-64°F).

DESCRIPTION

A wine of a pale yellow colour with distinctive green notes. On the nose, it is a very fruity wine with tropical fruit, green apple, herbs and grapefruit aromas. A lively and flavourish half-bodied wine; citric fruit flavours, good balance and floral. A very fresh and a light wine.

SUGGESTIONS:

Perfect as an aperitif or to serve with sushi or fresh sea food. Serve chilled at 10-12°c (50-53°F).
