Our Riesling! Mineral fullness, great length
The estate wines are the business card of the winery, which is why elegance and fine are important to us. The origin of these wines is particularly important to the heart. The grapes come from the estate’s own vineyards that are cultivated biodynamically and cared for by hand. They are ideal food companions and not just in the first year.
WINEMAKING
Intensive vineyard care all year round, low yields and consistent selection of the grapes by hand create the basis for high wine quality. This is followed by gentle grape and must processing and then traditional winemaking. Most of the wines ferment in traditional wooden barrels.

On the palate, this is ajuicy, well concentrated and silky-textured yet firmly structured dry Riesling with lingering salinity and lovely mineral purity. Very long, perfectly round, and highly stimulating.”
