Tasting notes:
Warm and fruity nose, with aromas of raisins, coffee and a delicate air of dried plums. The opulence of aromas and massive expression on the palate is given by the fact that part of the blend is made from partially dried grapes. Round and full body with enough tannin to bring out rich cherry flavor. The richness of the wine compliments well exotic sweet and sour dishes.

Food pairing: Serve it at 18˚C with game or red meat.
