Temet winery
In Lozovik above Jagodina, the undulating area from where Sumadija overlooks Pomoravlja, guided by the trail of fertile land, it became clear where to put down roots. Located on beautiful slopes that provide ideal exposure to the sun , the Temet winery is shaped by the strong influence of the environment , with the aim of finding harmony in work and life under the same roof.
In the part of nature, sun and earth, raised on the hill , surrounded by vineyards , the Temet winery was built. Its creation is an exciting journey filled with discoveries and temptations.
The word Temet itself is derived from the Latin word Temetum, which in translation means –a strong and powerful wine with character. The top of the winery cultivates about 20 hectares of vineyards. The planting of vineyards began in the spring of 2010.
The topography of “ Temetovo breg “ offers three types of sunshine and four types of quality soil, which has enabled as many as six grape varieties : Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Also the Temet winery expanded his vineyards with the indigenous varieties : Prokupac, Morava and Temjanika.

An authentic Pinot Gris with a lot of character and temperament. Very attractive fruit and floral flavors here, with nectarine, kumquat, apple and pear juiciness on the palate. A guiding streak of citrus and stony minerality creating a tempting tension as well as a long and elegant finish, with some salt and grapefruit zest notes echo. Dynamic, fresh and juicy Pinot Gris with a strong seal of terroir.

Wine with a exceptionally fruity bouquet and strong varietal character. The striking aromas of ripe cherries, strawberries and raspberries, imbued with discrete vanilla notes, continue on the palate as a strong wave of fruity freshness. The texture is smooth, the tannins are soft. In a dynamic flavor finish, fruity aromas are complemented by tones of pear, pepper and chocolate. The wine is extremly drinkable and juicy, with a distinct elegance of fruity aromas and flavors.

The first Orange wine from the Serbian indigenous variety Tamjanika. The structure is strong, the taste is juicy and filled with tons of tropical fruits, dried orange peel, dried apricots and quince marmalade.

A refreshing wine with swaying aromas, fine spiciness and authentic character of three local grape varieties. It opens with attractive aromas of roses, turkish delight, sage and dried spices, framed by the freshness of orange peel. The palate is playful, crispy, with vibrant flavors of passion fruit, gooseberries and candied apples. The finish is very refreshing, intense, juicy, with a pleasant salty tones.

Fruit aromas are comprised of apple, pear and quince, with hint of tropical note, most certainly comings from Morava grape. Milky structure, Ergo white really coats your palate with thin layer of butter, quince and honey which grows into pleasant finish with pronounced length.

Exceptionally rich wine of imposing structure and juicy tannins with a sumptuous array of fruity aromas. It opens in layers of aromas of plums, blueberries, blackberries and currants, followed by notes of mint, almonds and graphite. The texture is smooth, velvety, with a fruity core lavished with mulberry and cranberry tones in the dynamic finale. The finish is layered, very long and leaves a striking impression of the overall harmony.

A complex wine with intense aromas of blackberries, blueberries and plums, which are interwined with tones of violets, licorice and mint, ink, charcoal and black chocolate. The palate is filled with strong fruit energy, the tannins are pleasantly grainy. As the finale approaches, the taste becomes deeper and more powerful, appearing in waves of fresh and dried fruit, coffee, chocolate and toast. In the finish itself, however, the most striking impression is the beautiful and long-lasting fruity freshness, subtlety and elegance.
