A wine that could almost be termed experimental, due to the winery’s long and determined efforts, backed by major investments in the family business. The results is this 100% Verdejo wine produced on our Fuente Elvira estate in La Seca. Made with natural yeasts and the benefit of years of experience and know-how in fermenting processes, our intention is to offer a Verdejo wine with a bolder character, delicate yet decided and reflecting the autochthonous nature of this variety to the full.

Our 100% Verdejo ‘Reserve’ white wine is as far removed as possible from the notion that “wood cannot prevail over fruit”. Indeed, this wine features all the outstanding qualities of fine woods and that pair to perfection with the subtler fruity notes. Rest assured, this is thinking outside the box at its best! Yet as the name implies, this is an irreverent, untameable wine whose only limits are our own preconceptions.
