Thomas Allan Vineyard and Winery is owned and operated by Allan Lombardi and Mike Stokes, who has been in the wine grape growing and winemaking business for several generations.
the companies wine grapes are grown in Lodi/Woodbridge, the Sacramento Delta and Sierra Foothills.
The region enjoys a Mediterranean climate, with warm summers and cool moist winters for ideal growing conditions. Main varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Zinfandel and Chardonnay.

DESCRIPTION
This 2015 Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon is rich, ripe with hints of vanilla and dark chocolate. This full-bodied wine has loads of sweet blackberry and black cherry flavours, with generous doses of oak spices adding complexity and sweetness. There is plenty of acidities that adds backbone and length to the finish. This wine is fresh and clean, and gives a sense of pleasure, enjoy now and for another five years.

DESCRIPTION
Enticing aromas of vanilla, melon and mango are layered with apricot, creme brulee, butter and a slight minerality. Those scents are echoed as flavours on the creamy, rich palate, along with peach, pie crust and baking spices. The long, smooth finish is marked by mouthwatering acidity.
